Not trying to tinkle over England last night, but Croatia had a 40 year old, a 37 year old and a 19 year CB playing for them last night. Even in a WC that's going to struggle, especially in the heat.

Perisic was pretty good I thought, he's got a decent cross and got an assist. It was mainly Modric who looked so slow, held on to the ball too long and how dumb was that penalty.

I didn't watch it, tbh even the highlights on YouTube were torture. Not because of the football or result but the absolute arselicking coms.
And yes I bet Scotland games are just as biased, and that is one of the many, many reasons why I won't watch it.

Other than the pen I thought the England goals were decent. On the pen my first thought was for tel, Modric is about as experienced as you can get but didn't get the grief tel got.
Not convinced about England tbh, although I think he over egged it a lot about kane I think hamman could have said that about a lot of that England squad.

If we do it, then it looks more and more like we are balancing the books to fund a revolution, which is fine, but it laughs in the face of a process in a player thats taken 3 years.
