Luka Vuskovic

I do not trust the people that run our club, this is a concerning development. There is talk that personal terms have been agreed. Tell me it ain't so.
Strikes me as his agent / player being a bit of a dingdong head tbh

Club clearly want to keep him and we're actually done well on his development choices.

But we have to decide if he's worth the effort

Why do you say that? All we’ve heard is Brighton asking to buy him on the cheap, which I’m sure is just a bargaining tool and he might end up their on loan as part of the Van Hecke deal, which would be excellent business all round.

Struggling to see how Vuskovic comes out looking bad in your eyes based on this rumor so far?

Actually, I would suggest that nothing is clear about him. We do not even have a clear pathway for our teenagers to the first team

We've heard his agent / family / player talk a lot over the past few weeks

I find it unlikely they would have bid without encouragement from the player, the link on this thread says as much as well

Which link is that on this thread can you quote it?

Do you have a link or quotes from his agent / family / player from the last few weeks, I missed those.

This surely must be a negotiation tactic from Brighton to secure a higher fee or a Vuskovic loan in the van Heke deal. If we actually sell him for £30m it would severely damage the clubs hierarchy and raise serious concerns about whether RDZ should ultimately have final say on transfers.

Tottenham want to either keep Luka Vuskovic, extend his contract, or sell him at a very expensive price. 🚨💰

•Florian Plettenberg🥇
So we want to sell him or keep him. Right. 🧐

Selling him would have course be madness on a different level. And why would we, when he's so highly rated, proven on a very high level, and still has four years remaining on his contract?

A loan would be sensible.

There’s not a chance in hell he’s going to Brighton for £30m this summer.

If for some reason the club feel like cashing in is the right choice, it will be for a higher fee and Bayern will match it.

Brighton on loan for a year to bring the van Hecke deal closer? That could work

The Athletic article that reported the link is vague - “The 19-year-old knows of Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler from Germany — having spent the season on loan at Hamburg”
So Vuskovic is capable of googling because he was on loan at Hamburg
