SPURS TRANSFER ROUNDUP – 25 JUNE 2026
The summer window is well underway, and De Zerbi's rebuild is moving fast. Here's the full picture on what's happening in and out of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium right now:

CONFIRMED IN
Jan Paul van Hecke (from Brighton) – Official.
Tottenham have confirmed the signing of the Dutch centre-back from Brighton. (TransferFeed) Classic De Zerbi move – he knows the player inside out from their Brighton days together.
Andy Robertson & Marcos Senesi – Both already confirmed as part of a busy summer start alongside Van Hecke. (TEAMtalk)
Martin Dubravka (from Burnley) – Tottenham have reportedly agreed a deal to bring in Dubravka as their new backup goalkeeper. (caughtoffside) His arrival effectively confirms that Guglielmo Vicario will be moving on in search of a starting spot elsewhere. (TransferFeed)

HOT: INCOMING
Sandro Tonali

(Saudi Sportswashing Machine) – The dream signing. Saudi Sportswashing Machine rejected an £80m bid, but Tonali remains a top priority for De Zerbi. Notably, Tonali is from the same region of Italy as the Spurs boss – Brescia – and the connection could prove important. (Sky Sports) However, reports suggest Tonali himself would prefer a move to rivals Arsenal. (Football Transfer League) Saudi Sportswashing Machine are demanding around £100m, and City are also circling. Likelihood: 35–40%
Mateus Fernandes (West Ham) – Spurs are targeting both Tonali and Fernandes to completely transform their midfield. Fernandes is expected to cost around £80–85m, and Spurs are said to be very close to agreeing personal terms with the Portuguese midfielder. (TEAMtalk) Man United are still considered strong favourites, (TEAMtalk) but Spurs are pushing hard. Likelihood: 45%
Cody Gakpo (Liverpool) – De Zerbi wants Gakpo, with Spurs ready to offer the 27-year-old a key role and a contract until 2031. Liverpool would demand upwards of £60m. (ESPN) Internally, there's a debate over whether Gakpo's experience and higher floor makes him a smarter buy than the younger Savinho. (GiveMeSport) Likelihood: 40%
Savinho (Emirates Marketing Project) – Talks over Savinho are ongoing, but Spurs are now weighing up Gakpo as a potential alternative. (GiveMeSport) One or the other seems likely – probably not both. Likelihood: 30%

FURTHER INCOMINGS RUMOURED
Nico Paz – Spurs have been tracking Paz and are keen to sign him, with Real Madrid's current stance opening up an opportunity. (TransferFeed) Likelihood: 25%
Brian Brobbey (Sunderland) – Tottenham are among several Premier League clubs keeping tabs on the Dutch striker. (TransferFeed) Likelihood: 20%

HOT: OUTGOING
Lucas Bergvall – Bergvall has made the decision to leave Tottenham and has already informed the club. (TransferFeed) Real Madrid, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest are all interested. (TransferFeed) Gutting if true – he never really got the platform he deserved. Likelihood of departure: 80%
Luka Vuskovic – Brighton have submitted an improved offer worth up to £45m for the 19-year-old Croatian stopper. (Football Transfer League) Tottenham value him significantly higher than Brighton's current proposal. (TransferFeed) Tough one – young and promising, but De Zerbi clearly has a different plan for the backline. Likelihood of sale: 50%
Guglielmo Vicario – Both Juventus and Napoli are reportedly interested in the Italian goalkeeper. (TransferFeed) The Dubravka deal says it all really. Likelihood of departure: 85%
Mathys Tel – Roma are said to now favour Tel over other attacking options. (TransferFeed). Likelihood of permanent stay: 15%

THE BIG PICTURE
After narrowly escaping relegation last season, the board promised it would never happen again – and De Zerbi is being backed to rebuild properly. The Lewis family have committed to offering top-bracket wages, something that previously held the club back in the transfer market. (Sky Sports) The ambition is clearly there, but the big signings – Tonali, Fernandes – are far from done. Busy weeks ahead. Come on you Spurs.
