I don’t know the first part to be the case. I’d need to see some sort of breakdown and even then crime data paticuarly as it relates to sexual abuse is notoriously flawed. They released a report saying the opposite of what you agreed to about grooming gangs so we’re both in agreement there.

You also cant attribute behavior to the culture of a majority racial group in the same way you can to minority groups. White people as the majority in the UK, US, West in general are much more internally diverse than minority groups in particular 1st & 2nd generation immigrants.

Whether it’s race, religion or nationality they have a more cohesive shared culture due to migration history, language, or experiences as a minority. So cultural explanations can be applied.

I don’t think that was the case though compadres, when it came to grooming gangs specifically where vulnerable white girls were specifically getting passed around by Pakistani men in taxis, chicken shops etc that was race related and it was justified by a ideology and the highest stupidity shown by the authorities.

And yes there are so many paedos that come in every colour and background. But the nationwide Pakistani grooming gang was exactly that.

The ratio of minority Pakistanis involved in this type of grooming gang culture needs to be understood and culled.

The majority of people in this country and English, being England and by default there will be more nonces from this demographic naturally.

I’m sure that internally you resent the facts above and have usually come out swinging and it’s actually understandable. I would be ashamed also being tarnished by it, and the problem is that it’s not people like you who should be answering , as I’m certain you would have nothing to do with it.

But thank you for admitting it was a problem in the community, albeit not the entire community.

Let’s just call it wherever it is, for what it is, without tarnishing the whole Pakistani, British etc communities etc.

I don’t think that’s the situation, Luton is so hell bent on calling everything that goes against the grain as racist, even when it’s not race involved. Even when you try to clarify he won’t accept it as it takes it away from him. The ideology that he prescribes to goes against everything that he posts against behind his computer.

I think a step back is needed here from everyone (myself included) as things are getting personal.
Things we all agree on : abuse of children is beyond the pale; abuse of girls and women of any age is beyond the pale; abuse of girls/women by Pakistani-led grooming gangs is beyond the pale; abuse of girls/women by any nationality/religion is beyond the pale;
Why are we even “debating” this?

I think things got personal a while ago, but looking at the posts tonight, it's spilling into several threads and you've got grown men (sorry to assume genders but I'm pretty sure I'm on the mark) crying about who has blocked who and what for...

I appreciate the heat makes people tetchy but fudge me there's gotta be better things to do on a Saturday night. Why am I even reading it?
